Atlanta kept their extremely slim division-title hopes alive with a 5-0 win over Washington, meaning the Phillies must wait until tomorrow at the earilest, their last regular-season home game, to clinch their fourth-straight division title. In the meantime, the Phils try to take one-step closer tonight with Kyle Kendrick looking for his 11th win. Right-hander Dillon Gee goes for the Mets. First pitch is 7:05. Iceman -- bay_area_phan is one of the funniest and smartest posters here. He is always missed when he is away.

Take his posts with a grain of salt, but what he uses is a very dry sense of humor and irony to convey what is often an underlying truth. He simply does not, and has never "spout[ed] nonsense".
